A GAME OF GOOD COMPANY

Play Bluff online. Bring your poker face.

Bluff, also known as Cheat or I Doubt It, is a card game of hidden cards and bold claims. Play face down, name a rank, and let your friends decide whether to believe you. Bluff Club brings the table to your phone, tablet or computer.

  1. Open a table

Choose a nickname and a rule set. Share the QR code, invite link or six-character room code. Everyone joins on their own device; you do not need the same Wi-Fi.

  2. Tell the truth. Or bluff.

Play 1–4 cards face down. Follow the same rank and pass in Chinese mode, or advance from A to K without passing in American mode. Other players may accept or challenge.

  3. Empty your hand to win

A caught bluffer takes the pile; a mistaken challenger takes it instead. Your final play must clear its challenge window. The winner starts the next round, and table scores are kept.

What kind of gathering does Bluff suit?

Bring Bluff to a small game night, dinner with friends or a team warm-up, with 3–8 seats. Each person views cards on a connected phone, with no physical deck to prepare. New players can add bots and practice Chinese same-rank plays and challenges.

Can I play on my own?

Yes. Create a room and add two bots to start with one human and two bots. Each table has 3–8 seats and can mix friends and bots. Bots use only their own cards and public information.

Do I need an app, an account or a payment?

No. Bluff Club is free and runs in your browser. Live play needs an internet connection and JavaScript. Each human uses their own device to see their hand.

Can we put the table on a TV or projector?

Yes. The host taps Connect big screen and opens the link in a TV, projector or computer browser. The screen is view-only: seats, claims, the countdown, reveals and scores. Hands stay on each phone, and phones fold the public table to show just your cards and moves. Without a big screen, every phone shows the full table.

Can I return after a refresh or disconnection?

Return in the same browser to recover your seat, with local storage enabled. On a new phone or browser, join the same room with the same name to get your seat back. Rooms expire 24 hours after the last game action. Closing the page does not leave your seat; bots pause when all humans are offline. If it is a dropped player's turn, the table waits for them, or the host can play that turn for them.
